Concentrate on a pleasant event of the upcoming day. Lying in bed, imagine that you are in the cinema and see yourself on the screen – the way you would like to be. Try to feel happy, full. Look at the coming day as if your dreams came true in it. Find your loved ones in this picture – they also realize themselves, they have everything safe. Enjoy these pleasant sensations. Feeling a breakdown of strength or a change in mood during the day, remember “what you saw” – this will give you energy.

Time to solve working issues. Turn to the authorities or partners, fearing that they will refuse you, it means that most likely, refusal and receive. We are easier to achieve our way, if we think about the result of a meeting with optimism, in a conversation we are an equal and confident interlocutor.
